The seasonal influenza (flu) vaccine is available for priority groups through their doctor or the Flu Express. The Flu Express is for persons 12 years and older. The cost is $20.00 per shot for adults and children – cash only or pay online. Seniors (65 and older) are FREE. Please have the correct amount of cash ready during your attendance at the “Flu Express” if you do not pay online. (Credit/Debit card facilities will not be available at the “Flu Express” sites).
Minister Wilson recently received her annual flu vaccination and expressed her commitment to this practice, stating, "Getting the flu vaccine each year is a simple and effective way to protect yourself and others from seasonal influenza. It reduces the risk of severe illness and helps prevent the spread of the virus within our community.”
The public can fill out the consent form and pay online for the flu vaccine to minimise paperwork on arrival and reduce wait times by visiting https://forms.gov.bm/Influenza-Vaccine-Consent. An email will be sent to you and is required to be shown when you arrive for vaccination. If you cannot complete the consent form online, you can do so at the Flu Express location.
