Recognising Ms Busby's accomplishments, her decision to return home, and the Government's support, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Hon. Walter Roban, said, "I congratulate Ms Busby for her success, especially for becoming a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Land Valuation is a specialised and unique field, and chartered surveying is an excellent choice for students considering a career."

"Also and in line with Government's Youth Employment Strategy, this is a perfect example of the Government's tangible investment in our youth. Investing and encouraging them to return and contribute their talents to their home country is vital to the future of Bermuda."

"To that end, the Government continues to provide many scholarships, training, and internship opportunities enabling Bermudians to pursue their goals."
