“The Hamilton Health Centre on Victoria Street is closed for the rest of this week due to plumbing issues in the adjacent building, which has caused interruption to Health Centres services.
A Ministry of Health spokesperson said: “Personnel from the Ministry of Public Works have been on-site today assessing the situation, which will require significant repairs. It should be noted that the adjacent building where this issue occurred is not a Government-owned property. However, in the interest of time and to help resolve the issue, Public Works is on-site to support the Hamilton Health Centre.
“The Department of Health apologises to the public for the inconvenience while the repairs occur. Persons needing assistance can call 278-6460.”
