This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Landscaping and Maintenance of Historical Cemeteries in St. George's, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The work involves landscaping services for several historic and military cemeteries in St. George’s Parish. This includes tasks like caring for the plants, trees, and grass, as well as ensuring the cemeteries are tidy and visually appealing. The work will cover regular gardening, trimming, and general upkeep to maintain the appearance of the Yellow Fever Cemetery, Ferry Point Cottage Cemetery, Grenadier Lane Military Cemetery, and Secretary Lane Military Cemetery. The scope of work will focus on enhancing and maintaining the landscaped areas of these properties.

Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the Government, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent’s quotation.

Prior to the Submission Deadline noted in the RFQ Timetable below, respondents that download this file and intend to respond to this RFQ are required to register their interest with the RFQ Contact by emailing their company name and contact information to Mr. Milton Harris at email: msharris@gov.bm

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting 
The mandatory site visits will be held on Wednesday April 16th 2025. Bidders should attend the site visits they choose to bid on at their corresponding time which is outlined below. Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission.
