THE BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by virtue of Section 42(2) of the Insurance Act 1978, (“the Act”), hereby cancels, at the ruling of the Authority, the respective Insurance Broker registration granted to the said Company under the Act, effective 14 January 2022: -
