ACTING APPOINTMENT

Judicial Department

His Excellency the Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice, in respect of the appointment dated 13 October 2025 of Mr. Patrick Doherty, to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the period 14th October 2025 to 31st December 2026 for a number of criminal matters, is hereby amended to be an appointment as Assistant Justice for the period  14th October 2025 to 31st December 2025 to hear matters as assigned by the authority of the Chief Justice
