The Director who has supervision of the Department of Statistics, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) (Department of Statistics) Notice 2025.

Deposit of information statement

1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Department of Statistics information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—
2. the Department of Statistics
3. the Bermuda Archives
4. the Bermuda National Library and
5. the Office of the Information Commissioner 

and shall come into operation on 30^th January 2026
