This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Playground and Outdoor Exercise Equipment Acquisition as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The mission of this playground and outdoor exercise area acquisition and installation is to provide a safe, durable, and inclusive public play space that supports the health, wellbeing, and development of Bermuda’s children. The playgrounds and exercise areas will be designed and constructed to withstand Bermuda’s environmental conditions, including salt exposure, high winds, and intense sunlight, ensuring long-term safety, resilience, and value.

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting
The mandatory Site Visit/Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Thursday February 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bidders should attend the Site Visits they choose to bid on at their corresponding time which is outlined below. Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission.
