NOTICE OF ISSUE OF WRIT

CORPORATION OF ST. GEORGE

In pursuance of the provisions of Section 30 of the Parliamentary Election Act 1978, as modified by the Municipalities (Election) Order, 2015 notice is hereby given that on 31^st March 2026 the Parliamentary Registrar issued writs of election for municipal elections to be held for the Corporation of St. George for the election of Business Ratepayer Councillors, Residents’ Councillors and Mayor. 

Notice is further given that:

1.         Nomination Day is 23^rd April 2026

2.         Polling Day is 7th May 2026

3.         The Election Room is – 

                        Penno’s Wharf Cruise Ship Terminal, St. George
