ACTING APPOINTMENT

Judicial Department

 His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice, 

has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson, Barrister and Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for 8^th May 2026 for the below specified matter: 

• 2025/258civ Wanda Booth et al v HSBC Bank of Bermuda Ltd et al

• 2024/222civ Andrew Crisson v H.S & J.E Crisson Limited Including Its Directions
