Community Education
As of August 31, Community Education Development Programme (CEDP) will transition to the Department of Workforce Development. This reorganization is being done to better serve the needs of Bermudians. The transition of the CEDP staff aligns with the Government’s long-term objective of establishing a One Stop Career Centre within the Department of Workforce Development.
The CEDP staff, inclusive of the Summer Internship Programme, will transition to the Career Development and Training Sections in the Department of Workforce Development. This same level of commitment will now be transferred to support and prepare a wider group of our Bermudians with the necessary skills to take advantage of both current and future job opportunities.
