Request for Proposal (RFP) Issued for Grand Atlantic Development

The Government of Bermuda, the Office of Project Management and Procurement and the Bermuda Housing Corporation today issued a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Grand Atlantic Development on the South Road in Warwick and invited responses from investors and potential buyers.

"The Grand Atlantic is an impressive property development in a desirable neighborhood with tremendous Atlantic Ocean views on the South Shore in Bermuda," explained Major Barrett St. Vincent Dill, General Manager of the Bermuda Housing Corporation. "Investors and potential buyers are being offered the best in Bermudian style and traditions with a property that features a variety of local flora and units with panoramic views of the water and gardens. With access to acres of park grounds and a beautiful, secluded beach, the location is perfect for outdoor living and nature enthusiasts and for accessing the rest of the island."

While this was originally a multi-family housing investment that is currently a condominium property, the Government of Bermuda is flexible in terms of approach and will work to ensure appropriate further development.
