Airport Finger Site Clearing
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Airport Finger Site Clearing, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
As part of the Government's Airport Solar Project the Department of Energy are seeking contractors to provide services for the removal and disposal of organic material from the Government land known as 'the Finger' located at the L.F. Wade International Airport. The areas to be cleared include the eastern and western boundaries of the tarmacked area which forms part of the property. Services include the chopping down of vegetation as well as the removal of sand and soil in the prescribed area and disposal (off site) of all these materials.
For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFQ Contact” will be: airportsolarproject@gov.bm
Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the Government, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent’s quotation.
