What does this mean/definition?

  • g) What is the monthly or quarterly maintenance fee? A condominium fee is paid by all property owners of a condominium complex to cover ongoing maintenance costs. The fee is often based on the size of the condo unit, the amenities that the development offers, and any anticipated annual expenses.
  • i) The rent paid prior to the current rent (if known)? What was the previous rent paid before the current rent? This could be the rent paid by the previous tenant or the previous rent paid by the existing tenant prior to the current rent.
  • j) The date the prior rent was first payable? When was the prior/previous rent paid? This could have been a year ago or 5 years ago.

Question 5) – Responsibilities:

What does this mean/definition?

For the two referenced responsibilities stated above, please tick whether the Landlord or the Tenant is responsible. If the responsibility is shared, please tick both the Landlord and Tenant box.
