The Minister of Home Affairs, the Hon. Walter H. Roban, JP, MP was invited to attend the Caribbean Renewable Energy Forum (CREF) on behalf of the Government of Bermuda.

The CREF was held in Miami Florida from 16 -18 October 2019 with over 25 Caribbean countries being represented by their Government or Utility.

In addition to the many speakers, other energy events were attended such as networking receptions, workshops, and two full days of programming. 

This conference was launched in 2009 to enable Governments, Utilities and investors to explore opportunities for investment in energy throughout the Caribbean and to network with energy professionals across the region.
