This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Supply & Installation of Furniture for Bermuda Police Headquarters, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").
The Government/Department of Public Lands and Buildings is seeking to furnish the Bermuda Police Headquarters Building - #33 Headquarters Hill, Devonshire.
The project will include:
- Supply of furniture, as per the prescribed furniture & seating details (BDA Police HQ, 33 Headquarters Hill, Devonshire - Furniture & Seating Package 2026 - Annex B); and
- Installation of the furniture

Pre-Bid / Site Meeting (Mandatory)
The mandatory Pre-Bid / Site Meeting will be held at Police HQ, 33 Headquarters Hill, Devonshire and is scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2026 at 10:00 am. Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission.
The mandatory site visit is primarily for proponents to familiarize themselves with the premises in regard of delivery/access arrangements to the respective spaces in the premises for the installation and also to seek necessary clarifications for the project.
