Pursuant to the provisions of the Marriage Act 1944, the Minister of Economy and Labour, on the 17th day of July 2025, licensed Rev. W. Ouemonde Brangman, as a Marriage Officer, hereby enabling him to perform a marriage ceremony in Bermuda on July 19, 2025 only.
