NOTICE OF ISSUE OF WRIT FOR

CONSTITUENCY 8 (SMITH'S SOUTH) BYE-ELECTION

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Parliamentary Election Act 1978, that on 23 August 2023, Her Excellency the Governor issued a writ of election for the election and return of one person as a member of the House of Assembly for Constituency 8 (Smith's South).

  • Nomination day is 21 September 2023.
  • Polling day is 5 October 2023.
  • The Election Room is St. Patrick’s Church Hall, Smith's.
