This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Mangrove Bay Clinic Renovation/Addition as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").

The Government of Bermuda is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced general contractors to carry out renovations and additions to Building 0139 located at 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Sandy's.

The General Contractor shall supply all adequate and competent labor, supervision, tools and equipment, installed and consumable materials and every item of expense necessary to complete the construction project.

The General Contractor shall also have experience with providing attendance on the Owner's nominated Dental Subcontractor/Supplier.

Pre-Bid / Site Meeting

A Pre-Bid / Site meeting for this procurement will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Sandys MA 03, Bermuda.  Please make arrangements to attend.  You may email clarification questions to the RFP Contact POST Pre-Bid meeting.

A second Pre-Bid / Site meeting will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Sandys MA 03, Bermuda.
